TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE VOTING (By Richard Rossi)

My Election Eve Poem I Wrote tonight for you:
"TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE VOTING" (By Richard Rossi)
Twas the night before voting and all through the house
The Righties and Lefties were scared like a Mouse
They both shared their propaganda with care
In hopes that their choice for Prez would be there
They obsessed about who slept in Bill and Don's beds
And tried to flip states, the Blues and the Reds
The Righties say Hillary kills, steals and lies
The lefties say Trump is Hitler in an orange wig disguise
But soon it is over and the race gone from sight
And it will be fine, so sleep well and Good Night

Well rimed and with a writers skill. Unfortunately this election is not business as usual. The consequences are truly dire. Trump a flawed man stands for what is right for humanity beggining in the womb. Hillarys lack of humanity shows from her stance on the unborn and into her life. There is a difference in these candidates and you will know them " by their fruit"

Brilliant, witty, funny. Both sides have slung propaganda around as your poem aptly states. Hillary actually is the Pro Life candidate, compared to Trump. Abortions went down in number under Obama and other Democratic candidates because they support birth control education and social services which make abortion less likely. And Republicans talk Pro Life, but abortion was legalized under a Republican and increases in number under Republican presidents. And, after the baby's born, they're attitude is "the hell with you now that you're here" as they slash programs to help a poor kid and mother.
